Livestream

This livestream meditation will help you to train your mind to stay happy, healthy and resilient. With mindfulness meditation we train our “mental muscle”. In our classes we always combine education and insight from Western and Eastern psychology with the meditation practice. A workout you should not miss in these challenging times.
We use Zoom to PopUp on your screen. During the meditation make sure you put your sound on mute for better streaming quality. Are you meditating in your pj’s and wouldn’t want others to see that? Turn off video :).

Our classes are in English and suitable for all levels, so no experience needed. Our style is modern and easy-going. During our meditation classes you will unwind, learn to become more aware of the present, and balance your fault-finding nature to make room for a little friendliness towards yourself and others. The good news is you can wear anything, from sweatpants to a suit. You can sit on a cushion or a chair, whatever you like. Be welcome and put your mind at ease!

Unwind from Work

This class marks a clear cutoff from your day at work. In this 45 minutes meditation you will bring your body and mind at ease with a calming and re-energizing meditation. Go home restored and relaxed for a lovely evening and a good night’s sleep. Everybody is welcome in this class, from experienced meditators to complete newbies. You can wear whatever you like from sweatpants to a suit. Our classes are in English and you can sit on a cushion, bench or chair. Whatever makes you feel comfortable! Introduction to Mindfulness

New to mindfulness meditation? Pop in for a 30-minute introduction class to try a simple guided practice and learn the basic techniques. We will also tackle your questions and the common meditation myths, so you will get a clear perspective on what meditation is about.
